Your event date will be confirmed and blocked only upon receipt of 50% advance payment. Until the advance is received, Wondershop Experiences reserves the right to accept another booking for the same date.

Please ensure our team has access to clean washroom facilities, drinking water, and basic ventilation (fan and/or AC) from the start of setup until pack-up is complete.

Please inform us in advance of any vendor entry permissions, vehicle restrictions, service lift limits, electricity restrictions, tape/adhesive/hanging-decor rules, or noise limitations at your venue. If we're unable to execute the event for reasons attributable to us, the full advance is refunded. If the client cancels for any reason, the advance paid is non-refundable.

The confirmed headcount cannot be reduced on the day of the event. Any increase will be charged at applicable rates — we can't guarantee the same rates for changes made after the event is frozen.

Decor, props, return gifts and other materials shown during planning are indicative and subject to market availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll provide a suitable alternative of similar quality and value — we can't guarantee the exact product, colour, brand or size discussed.

The venue should be clean and ready before our team arrives. We're not responsible for cleaning the venue before, during, or after the event unless specifically agreed as part of the scope of work.
